Photography

Photographs have always been central to my design work and my photography practice is based on an understanding of how photos are used in the real world. For charities and social enterprises, nothing communicates the value of their work better than the images and words of the people they are their to serve and champion. My work includes:

I’m experienced working in sensitive settings, including prisons and criminal justice, learning disabilities, domestic violence, addiction and recovery, homelessness, and mental ill health. I try to help people feel safe and engaged in the process, so they feel more like participants than ‘subjects’.
